Rhubarb sheet cake for Wednesday

Löysin uuden, kivan kakkukirjan halvalla ja ihan sattumalta. Tykkään hirveästi strösselikakuista ja varsinkin kun kakut leivotaan pellille. Tulee paljon kerralla, Sofia tykkää, ja voi vapaasti tarjota naapureille (vaan niille kivoille) tai hyvännäköiselle ohikulkijalle! Keskiviikon keväinen peltikakku, mansikoilla ja raparperilla a la spring time!
