I haven´t been baking for over a week and I get the same feeling as when I would have left my daily cup of coffee out. Been working for six days and baking was something I could only dream about, but today I baked Marzipan cinnamon buns, very juicy and soft buns, something to cheer up this grey snowy/rainy Monday. The taste of marzipan is very mild, even If you aren´t a friend of marzipan, you can eat these without even noticing! Recipe is from my new favourite baking bible "Pernillas Praliner".
Marzipan cinnamon buns
Täyte/ Filling:
100g marzipan
150 g butter
1,5 rkl/tblsp cinnamon
1,5 dl/0,6 cup sugar
3 rkl/ tblsp korppujauhoja/breadcrumbs
1 rkl/tblsp water
Mix everything with a fork. I used my hands. Bake in 200 degrees, 400F until golden brown.

Which bun dough do you use? Sounds delicious! Love your baking ideas, but you know that by now!
