Good quality Italian salami (I took Milanese)
Buffalo mozzarella (not the cheap one from cow milk)
salt and pepper
Fill the chicken breasts as shown above.
1dl/ 0,4 cups water
Chickend fond (I take Knorr chicken bouillon pur)
one can of crushed tomato
2dl/ 0,8 cups cream
pepper ( no extra salt needed)
Stir the ingreadients above in a pan and let it boil for some minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Put in the oven.
Oven 175 degrees/ 345F for about 25 minutes. I serve penne with it. Look at the pics for the cooking steps!
