Cooking with Geeta

Välillä on kiirettä, aika kortilla ja inspis nollassa, mutta silti haluaa lautaselle jotakin herkullista ja ei niin tavallista. Silloin on hyvä ottaa Geeta apuun. Geeta Samtani on Englannissa asuva intialainen kokki, jolla on omia tuotteita ja loistava kotisivu. Sattumalta löysin näitä ihania valmiita mausteseoksia Kirkkonummen Prismassa. Kun Prismassa kiertelen ja kaartelen kellotkin jopa pysähtyvät ruokien ihmemaassa. Kyllä suloinen kassapoika hymyili kun ostin mausteita ja kardemummaa melkein satasella ja pakkasin niitä hedelmäpusseihin ja sitten vaan matkalaukkuun ja lentokentälle ;))

Last time visiting Finland I stopped by in my favourite huge super market searching for something new and seeking for some inspiration, I came across these ready to go spice mixtures from Geeta´s. Geeta Samtani lives in England and has her own products and a fantastic home page and even an online shop. You don´t need to have a bad conscience cooking once in a while with Geeta!
