Glace au four, "Baked Alaska", is a nice dessert, you just have to be
quick and eat it rather fast. This is not for kitchen snails! On the
bottom a thin layer brownie cake, raspberries, good quality old
time vanilla ice cream and meringue. Watch out! Only 3-5 minutes in 250
degrees otherwise you will get a black burned baked Alaska!
If you got inspired, you need for the brownie bottom:
100 g dark chocolate, 25 g butter (both melted), 1 egg, 1,25 dl sugar, 0,5 tsp vanilla sugar, 4 tbsp flour, 0,5 tsp baking powder.
175 degrees, 20 minutes (not longer, otherwise will be too hard, like cookie).
Shoud be the size 10cm x 30cm.
Filling: 300 g raspberries, 1 liter vanilla ice cream. (If you use frozen raspberries, let them melt first!)
Meringue: 4 egg whites, 1,25 dl sugar.
250 degrees, 2-4 minutes.

So off we go for a long, long run in order to pay back our sins from yesterday. Then we make a city day for us girls. It´s time to do some shopping for the school.
(And maybe we commit some more sin by taking a drink and eating something delideli and return home with far too heavy bags...)
